Cafe B l Restaurant Review

Cafe B is a casual American restaurant located in Metairie, Lousiana that is known for its American comfort food. The ambiance is family-oriented and the business is well advertised throughout Jefferson Parish. Although advertised as a “multigenerational clientele,” during their Brunch time, my friend and I were by far the youngest patrons in the building.

Putting all that aside, their brunch undebatably delicious. As an appetizer, we order donut holes made with cinnamon-sugar and sweet crème fraîche and home-made biscuits with a side of honey butter and marmalade jam. As an entree, we chose the veggie egg white omelet made with egg whites, eggplant, zucchini and assorted mushrooms as well as the crabmeat & brie frittata made with french brie, jumbo lump crabmeat, baby spinach, marinated grape tomatoes and shoestring potatoes.

All in all, I’d definitely recommend this restaurant for my older visiting guests. Even though the food is remarkable, it was more of a place to sit and eat with the family, not sit and chit-chat with your friends.
