I love breakfast food! I also love eating food found in the Frenchman area in New Orleans. Food in that area taste so much better than Metairie (which is where I reside). OMG when I tell you that I devoured the Pain Perdu at Cafe Sbisa. I believe that I ordered the biscuits my last visit but I can’t remember because I concentrated on the fluffy goodness of the moist bread. But what I do remember was after the server placed my plate down in front of me, he lighted sprinkled powdered sugar on top of the strawberries, blueberries and banana. Even though the meal itself looks too light to fill anyone’s stomachs, the chef makes the dish from very thick slices of french bread. Combined with bottomless mimosas and the fruit topping, no other food is necessary.
