  2. Bake cookies- Try making it Vegan
  3. Deep Condition you hair
  4. Call your friend that you haven’t spoken to in over 3 months
  5. Take a Nap! Your work will get done.
  6. Drink more water
  7. Wash your make-up off your face before you go to bed.
  8. Get your heart pumping at least 30 min/day
  9. Sleep!
  10. Figure out what eating healthy means to you.
