The downside was they gave me extra servings of panko. This may not seem like a big deal but I don’t like to waste food, especially if I’m not familiar with how to use it elsewhere.
Overall, the directions were simple and the pictures that accompanied were easy to follow. If you’re a wino like I am, you’ll appreciate the additional wine pairing suggestion (wine not included).
As of recently though, I decided to become a vegan 3 days before my shipment of food was delivered. As a result, I decided to exclude the parmesan from the crust mixture and the sour cream to coat the ravioli is the step 5 (pictured to the right). Unfortunately, there is ricotta cheese in the ravioli filling. So I tried my best to make this a vegan meal. In the end, the meal still came out delicious!
